Paul Vlasic

Paul is a co-founder of Rodgers Reidy New Zealand. He began his career in commercial accounting in 1996 and has experience across a broad range of industries. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the Auckland University of Technology and is a member of CPA Australia.

Paul has held several senior commercial accounting roles for various companies in the United States and New Zealand. Paul has also worked commercially in several senior roles in the IT industry. Since joining Rodgers Reidy, he has gained extensive experience in formal insolvency appointments, restructuring and turnaround projects.

Derek Ah Sam

Derek is a co-founder of Rodgers Reidy Limited’s New Zealand office. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a current member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, with his membership spanning more than 30 years. He has extensive experience in the insolvency industry and has made many high-profile appointments.

Derek has worked for Rodgers Reidy in its Sydney office.  He gained valuable insolvency experience and held senior roles as Chief Financial Officer in several major commercial enterprises.

Derek has had experience in running a successful Chartered Accounting Practice providing advisory and tax advice to the SME market. Derek has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the following fields:
